Return & Refund Policy
Returns:
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Returns are refunded via the same method of payment you used.
Damaged Item(s):
Please inspect the item(s) upon receipt. Any items that are damaged must be reported within 3 days from the date of delivery and returned in the original packaging they were received in. If you would like the damaged item(s) to be replaced with a new one, please contact customer support or email support@colourmefancy.com. If you would like to return the item and request for a refund, please visit our returns page and follow the instructions.
If you opt for a replacement, we will inform our courier and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Please ensure the item is packed in the original box it was received in to avoid rejection of the replacement. Please note that accidental damage is not covered under our policy.
Return Procedure:
To initiate a return, please visit our returns page and follow the instructions to process your return and refund. Returns requested beyond the 3-day period will not be eligible for processing.
Items to be returned will be picked up from your address and returned to our facility within 3 working days after you submit your return request.
