We currently only deliver to addresses within the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping is free for all orders of AED 250 and above. Our items are shipped using a third-party logistics partner. Please note that our delivery includes only delivery to your doorstep.

We accept a variety of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and other secure online payment options. We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Yes, shopping on our website is completely secure. We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your personal and payment information.

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your items and shipping details before confirming your purchase.

Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days, depending on the product that you are ordering. 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order's status and estimated delivery date.

Returns & Refunds

We have a hassle-free return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 3 days for a full refund. Check our Return Policy for more details on the same.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 15 business days, starting from the day we receive the package back at our facility.

Returns:

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Returns are refunded via the same method payment you used.

Orders under AED 250:

Domestic shipping fees for orders under AED 250 will be calculated upon check out.

Cut-Off:

In stock orders placed by 1:00 pm UAE Time on a business day will be most likely ship that same day, however, it is not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

Returns:

You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). Returns are refunded via the same method payment you used.

Damaged Item(s):

Please inspect the item(s) upon receipt. Any items that are damaged must be reported within 3 days from date of delivery and returned in the original packaging they were received in. If you would like the damaged item(s) to be replaced with a new one, please contact customer support or email support@plonko.com. If you would like to return the item and request for a refund, please visit our returns page and follow the instructions.

If you opt for replacement, we will inform our courier and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Please ensure the item is packed in the original box it was received in to avoid rejection of the replacement. Please note that accidental damage is not covered under our policy.

Return Procedure:

To initiate a return, please visit our returns page and follow the instructions to process your return and refund. Returns requested beyond the 3 day period will not be eligible for processing.

Items to be returned will be picked up from your address and returned to our facility within 3 working days after you submit your return request.
